Iceland was an absolute dream trip for us. We'd talked for years about visiting, but never put together the time or money to make it happen. Thanks to Pomelo Travel, we were finally able to make it happen.

We landed in Reykjavik and picked up a tiny campervan, then spent the next 17 days driving all around the island. We hiked every day among the waterfalls, fjords, glaciers, volcanoes, and other breathtakingly beautiful natural features of the island.

Our favorite places were a split vote. For Ayana, it was the glacier hike that we did in Vatnajökull National Park. For me, it was the day that we took the ferry over to Vestmannaeyjabær to climb the volcano and walk across the island to see the puffin colony. It was a perfect trip, and one that we will certainly never forget.

Thanks again! It really was one of the best trips we've ever taken.
